About Us

UnitedLife Transit was founded with a clear mission: to bring dignity, respect, and cultural understanding to the services our community needs most — transportation and housing stability.

As a Hmong-owned business, we understand how important it is to feel seen, heard, and valued, especially when it comes to your health and home. We started UnitedLife Transit not just to offer rides, but to build trust through services that reflect the care and values of our community.

We proudly serve individuals and families from all backgrounds, with a focus on making access to healthcare and housing more inclusive for underserved populations. Whether you're heading to a medical appointment or working to find a safe place to live, our goal is the same: to provide support that feels safe, respectful, and reliable.

We offer:

  • Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) – Mode 3 (curb-to-curb) transportation for MA and private pay clients

  • Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) – Consultation, Transition, and Sustaining services for eligible Medical Assistance members

At UnitedLife Transit, we’re growing with our community in mind — one ride, one plan, and one act of care at a time.
